General terms and conditions

Our general terms and conditions, together with the references they contain, apply to any agreement that we, Same Parfumerie (with Chamber of Commerce number: 68021151), conclude with you. If you have any questions please contact us at info@sameparfumerie.nl or by post to: Same Parfumerie, West-Kruiskade 47B, 3014AL Rotterdam, The Netherlands. You can also contact us on Facebook: facebook.com/SameParfumerie. We have the right to amend these general terms and conditions. You agree that the latest version of these terms and conditions will always apply to our agreement. 

Article 1: products and method of working

We use our own codes that are similar to an x product from an x brand. The original names are certified by the licensees and protected by law. We only sell our own Same-Label! We can answer all your questions and inform you if you ask us via e-mail, WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram. 

Article 2: Ordering and receiving

If you order on working days before 16:00, you will receive your package within 3 working days at the address you provided (excluding public holidays). Your package will be delivered by Post.nl. 

Article 3: Returns.

You can always return the product within 30 days of receipt. You can do this by completing the returns form or by sending an e-mail to info@sameparfumerie.nl. After receiving confirmation from us, please return the product within 14 days at your own expense. (Return costs are the same as shipping costs. Please note that each country has its own shipping and return charge.) When we have received the product, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days. During the time that you have to consider whether to keep the product, please handle the packaging and product with care. You should only consume the product to the extent necessary to determine whether you want to keep the product

Article 4: Registration

You need to register to order a product. For this, you need to provide us with your personal details. You must provide these personal details truthfully. We protect your personal data. (See also our Privacy Statement). Use a strong password for your account and never give your password to third parties. You are solely responsible for any misuse of your account (for example: if someone else places an order with us using your password). 

Article 5: Payments

The (total) price of the products is indicated in our webshop. You pay via our online payment service; Mollie provides this payment service. 

Article 6: Delivery

We will deliver your product to the address you provided when ordering. You cannot change the address once we have despatched the package. PostNL is responsible for the distribution. We do our best to deliver the order within three working days. If the order is delayed, we will notify you of this in writing. We guarantee that you will receive the order no later than 30 days after confirmation of the order. In the unlikely event that this does not happen, you can ask us to refund the amount you paid for the product immediately. 

Article 7: Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by the use of a product. This does not apply if the damage was caused by our intent or negligence. In any case, your entitlement to compensation will not exceed the value of the product ordered. 

Article 8: Intellectual property rights

All intellectual property rights (such as: copyrights, logos, wordmarks) in our texts, photos, images and other materials are our property (or are under our control with the permission of the rightholders). Your use may not infringe on this. 

Article 9: Complaints

Please let us know if you have a complaint about the execution of the agreement. In that case please send your complaint to info@sameparfumerie.nl as soon as possible. We will deal with your complaint as soon as possible. If the complaint will take longer than a week to resolve, you will receive an acknowledgement of your complaint. We will let you know when we start dealing with your complaint. If we cannot resolve the complaint amicably, this will result in a dispute which falls under the dispute resolution scheme. 

Article 10: Dispute resolution scheme

These general terms and conditions and the agreements we conclude with you are governed by Dutch law. In the event of a dispute, the court in Rotterdam shall have jurisdiction.
