General terms and conditions
Our general terms and conditions, together with the references they contain, apply to every agreement that we, Same Parfumerie (with KvK number: 68021151), conclude with you. If you have any questions, please contact us via info@sameparfumerie.nl or by post: Same Parfumerie, West-Kruiskade 47B, 3014AL Rotterdam, The Netherlands. You can also reach us on Facebook: facebook.com/SameParfumerie. We have the right to change these general terms and conditions. You agree that the most recent version of these general terms and conditions will always apply to our agreement.
Article 1: products and working methods
We use our own codes that are similar to an x product of an x brand. The original names are certified by the licensees and protected by law. We only sell our own Same-Label! We can answer all your questions and inform you if you ask us via: Mail, WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram.
Article 2: Ordering and receiving
If you order on workdays before 16:00, you will receive your package within 3 workdays at the address you specified (with the exception of holidays). Your package will be delivered by Post.nl.
Article 3: Returns.
You may always return the product within 30 days after receipt. You can do this by filling in the return form or by sending an e-mail to info@sameparfumerie.nl. After you have received a confirmation from us, we request that you return the product within 14 days at your own expense. (Return costs are the same as the shipping costs. Please note: each country has its own shipping and return rate.) If we have received the product, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days. During the period that you have to consider whether you want to keep the product, we request that you handle the packaging and the product with care. You may only consume the product to the extent necessary to determine whether you want to keep the product.
Article 4: Registration
You must register to order a product. To do this, you must provide us with your personal data. You must fill in this personal data truthfully. We protect your personal data. (See also our Privacy Statement). Use a strong password for your account and never give your password to third parties. You are responsible for any misuse of your account (for example: if someone else places an order with us using your password).
Article 5: Payments
The (total) price of the products is indicated in our webshop. You pay via our online payment service; Mollie provides this payment service.
Article 6: Deliveries
We deliver your product to the address you provided when ordering. You can no longer change the address once we have sent the package. PostNL takes care of the distribution. We do our best to deliver the order within three working days. If the order is delayed, we will inform you of this in writing. We guarantee that you will receive the order no later than 30 days after confirmation of the order. If this is unexpectedly not possible, you can request us to immediately refund the amount you paid for the product.
Article 7: Liability
We are not liable for damage caused by the use of a product. This does not apply if the damage was caused by our intent or negligence. Your right to compensation will in any case be a maximum of the amount of the ordered product.
Article 8: Intellectual property rights
All intellectual property rights (such as: copyrights, logos, word marks) on our texts, photos, images and other materials are our property (or we manage them with the permission of the rights holders). Your use may not infringe on this.
Article 9: Complaints procedure
If you have a complaint about the execution of the agreement, we would like to hear from you. Please send your complaint as soon as possible to info@sameparfumerie.nl. We will handle your complaint as soon as possible. If it takes longer than a week to handle the complaint, you will receive a confirmation of your complaint. We will let you know when we will handle your complaint. If we cannot resolve the complaint between ourselves, a dispute will arise that falls under the dispute resolution procedure.
Article 10: Dispute resolution
These general terms and conditions and the agreements we conclude with you are subject to Dutch law. In the event of a dispute, the court in Rotterdam has jurisdiction.
