Returns Policy
You can always return your product within 30 days of receipt. This can be done by responding to your confirmation email, sending a chat message via the webshop or sending an email to info @sameparfumerie .nl . As soon as you have received a confirmation from us, we ask you to return the product within 14 days at your own expense.

The return costs are equal to the shipping costs. Please note that each country has its own shipping and return rates.

Once we have received the product, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

During the cooling-off period, we ask you to handle the packaging and the product with care. You may only use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you want to keep it.
